Future Sharks, LLC (“Future Sharks,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates FutureSharks.com and a network of affiliated publications including SoInfluential.com, AuthorityDaily.com, RemarkableMag.com, TotalGirlBoss.com, Mentioned.at, and AbsoluteBaller.com (collectively, “the Sites”). These Terms apply to all users, contributors, and affiliates.
Contributor agreement
Any content posted by individuals (“Contributors”) on the Sites is subject to these terms. By posting, you agree to:
- Grant Future Sharks the exclusive, irrevocable, non-expiring, perpetual, worldwide right to publish, syndicate, and distribute your content across any medium or platform.
- Grant Future Sharks the right to use your name, likeness, photos, and company logo in connection with your published content.
- Warrant that your content is original and unpublished elsewhere, factually accurate, and does not infringe any third-party rights or violate anyone’s privacy.
- Acknowledge that violations may result in account termination and content removal without refund. All sales are final.
- Cooperate in the defense of any legal action arising from your published content, and disclose any potential conflicts of interest.
- Allow Future Sharks to edit content, disclaimers, images, and advertisements at any time for any reason.
- Acknowledge that Future Sharks may remove posts violating its publishing standards at its sole discretion, with no refund provided.
- Accept that Future Sharks makes no warranty that posts will remain live or accessible indefinitely.

Information on the Sites is provided for general informational purposes only. Future Sharks makes no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, adequacy, validity, reliability, availability, or completeness of any content.
Under no circumstance shall Future Sharks be liable for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of the Sites. Your use is entirely at your own risk.

The Sites may contain links to third-party websites. Future Sharks does not investigate, monitor, or warrant the accuracy or reliability of third-party content, and is not responsible for transactions between users and third-party providers.
Affiliate disclosure
The Sites contain affiliate links. Future Sharks may earn a commission on purchases made through these links at no additional cost to you. Affiliate networks have included CJ Affiliate by Conversant, Clickbank, iDevAffiliate, RevenueWire, ShareASale, Awin, and others.
Affiliate program
Agreement
By signing up for the Affiliate Program, you agree to be bound by these terms. Future Sharks reserves the right to update these terms at any time without notice. Violations result in account termination and forfeiture of outstanding commissions.
Account terms
- You must be 18 or older to participate.
- You must be human; bot-registered accounts are prohibited.
- Your login may only be used by one person; shared logins are not permitted.
- You are responsible for maintaining account security. Future Sharks is not liable for losses from security failures.
- One account per person or legal entity.
- You may not use the Program for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
- You may not use the Affiliate Program to earn commissions on your own Future Sharks purchases; such accounts will be terminated.
- You must comply with all applicable laws, including the CAN-SPAM Act and all anti-spam regulations.
Commissions and payment
- Commissions are earned only on purchases tracked through properly formatted Special Links.
- Future Sharks pays commissions only on links automatically tracked by its systems.
- Future Sharks reserves the right to disqualify commissions earned through fraudulent, illegal, or overly aggressive marketing.
- Payouts begin once earnings exceed $50. Accounts that never reach this threshold will not receive payment.
- Payments are issued monthly for balances over $50.
Conduct
- You may not issue press releases about your participation in the Program.
- You may not misrepresent your relationship with Future Sharks or claim to be part of its editorial team.
- You may not purchase Future Sharks products through your own affiliate links.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by written notice. Upon termination you must immediately cease using Future Sharks trademarks, links, and provided materials.
Future Sharks may suspend or terminate your account at any time. Outstanding balances over $50 will be paid upon termination. Balances earned through violations will be forfeited.
Limitation of liability
Future Sharks is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of revenue, profits, or data, arising from these Terms or the Program. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the total referral fees paid to you in the preceding 12 months.
Arbitration
Disputes relating to these Terms shall be submitted to confidential arbitration under American Arbitration Association rules, except that Future Sharks may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court to protect intellectual property. The arbitrator’s decision is binding and may be entered as judgment in any competent court. No arbitration may be joined with another party’s or proceed as a class action.
Miscellaneous
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, without reference to conflict-of-law rules. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without prior written consent from Future Sharks. Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver.
